The art deco and the cozy setup will make you feel like in a boutique hotel. Here the advantage is that you can enjoy your privacy like at home. Padel courts and infinity swimming pool are on your disposal in the complex. Golf and Beach are a minutes driving away. It is situated between fancy Marbella and Andalucian Estepona.

The space

Our flat is fully equipped to the latest detail, so you can fully enjoy your stay. Barbecue on the huge terrace, sun-beds, covered lounge area on the terrace for the windy nights will almost make you spend your time in the outdoor area. On the 120 m2 terrace you have the sun from the morning until late evening and if needed also shading places. Inside the flat counts with all appliances, bed linens, towels etc. You just have to come and enjoy.. The apartment counts with fully equipped modern kitchen in an open plan lay out. On your disposal are towels for the beach and also towels for the shower. The bedrooms are very private with fitted closets, hangers, shutters on the windows and peaceful views.

VILLA PADIERNA PALACE HOTEL is situated in Los Flamingos has a reputation to be one of the most luxurious hotels in Spain. Even Michel Obama has stayed in Los Flamingos resort and it’s just in the complex where our flat is located. The venue offers 18-wholes golf course, driving range academy, restaurants and spa. All this is just steps away from the apartment. The flat is in a gated community and closed residence. The complex is situated in a very green area, the views from the infinity pools are stunning and the sunsets over Gibraltar are one of those breath-taking moments you will remember during your holidays. The aroma of the flowers is spread along the residence. Our tropical gardens will make you believe you are in an island.

Only a few minutes driving from our flat you will find a big super market and all kind of amenities.
The access
Easy access to the main road A-7 where you can choose to take the road and easily get to Marbella, Estepona and Puerto Banus, Ronda and more. Malaga airport is 45 min driving distance from our Flat and Gibraltar airport approx. 50 min away.

Interaction with guests

Letting vacation homes is our primary job. We are a small team of 3 and will be constantly in contact if you need us for any additional thing. We can also organise a transfer or an excursion on your request.

In the neighbourhood you have a big supermarket and amenities for your better convenience.

Getting Around:
We always recommend our guests to rent-a car for for better experience on the coast. Especially in summer taxis and Uber are very busy and the waiting line is long. You can go both directions to Estepona or to Marbella.
