Comfortable and fresh 40m2 basement studio apartment located in the center of La Caletta, a seaside village in the municipality of Siniscola. It is supplied ready for use.

Services: Kitchen, washing machine, TV, kitchen accessories, hairdryer, bed linen and towels included, beach umbrella.

A tour around: the location is excellent, the accommodation is in fact located in the interior of a building that straddles the main road (that of the evening walks with restaurants and summer markets) and the road to access the beach , reachable on foot in less than a minute. The fact that it is on the inside makes it very private and quiet, despite being a stone's throw from activities such as restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors.

Nella botte piccola c'è il vino buono 😁

Il soggiorno alla caletta è stato positivo, la posizione strategica a 2 passi dal mare e anche dal centro pure x chi vuole spostarsi a visitare varie spiagge!! Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile ed anche la casa curata e pulita! Lo consiglio😉

Très bien placé !

Très bon accueil ! Grand studio bien équipé. Le studio n'a qu'une fenêtre qui donne sur une cour intérieur, mais cela est largement compensé par un emplacement idéal. Par un couloir, on accède, d'un côté, à une superbe plage et de l'autre à une rue animée de la ville.

Un piccolo appartamento al completo dei confort, in un posto strategico. Accoglienza ottimale, anche con degli accorgimenti per un piacevole benvenuto. Doppia entrata. Di giorno hai gli splendidi colori del mare e di sera, dall'entrata del paese delle carinissime bancarelle. Pizzerie, bar ie pub in ogni angolo della strada. Esperienza assolutamente memorabile. Grande ospitalità del proprietario Graziano e della mamma sempre entrambi disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta o evenienza. Ci siamo trovati benissimo come se fossimo a casa nostra, sicuramente torneremo. Il posto la caletta è strategico con un mare incantevole, con una tranquillità e pace sublime. Ottima esperienza e ottima vacanza

Tutto strategico! Ottima sistemazione.

Partendo dal presupposto che tutto ciò che è stato descritto, è stato poi effettivamente riscontrato. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione estremamente strategica, sia per il paese stesso, sia per il raggiungimento delle località di maggiore interesse turistico. L'appartamento si presenta comodo e molto pratico, dotato di tutti i comfort disponibili. Il parcheggio di fronte casa è comodissimo e nel caso mancasse di disponibilità, c'è un grosso parcheggio distante poco più di 30 metri. Veniamo ora al proprietario Graziano. Persona molto disponibile e veramente piacevole, ci ha accolto come se ci conoscessimo da tempo, ha assecondato ogni tipo di richiesta o dubbio rispondendone sempre in maniera positiva. La mamma di Graziano? È stata anche la nostra di mamma. Che dire, se volete soggiornare in un posto tranquillo, ben equipaggiato e nella .miglior posizione desiderabile, la scelta migliore può essere solo l'appartamento di Graziano e famiglia!
