Splendid and charming detached villa sleeping 10, located just 400 meters from the wonderful sandy beaches of Torre Lapillo and the famous equipped beaches Bahia del Sol and Cala Serena.

LIVING AREA: air-conditioned entrance/living room with TV, dining table and chairs, full kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher and crockery.

ACCOMMODATION FOR THE NIGHT: 3 bedrooms (1st air-conditioned double bedroom, TV, 2nd air-conditioned double bedroom plus bunk bed and TV, 3rd air-conditioned double bedroom plus bunk bed). Two full bathrooms with shower stalls.

FURTHER FEATURES: on the back laundry with sink, washing machine and outdoor shower. veranda equipped with sitting area, table and chairs for outdoor lunches/dinners. Mosquito nets. Wifi. Pets Allowed. Parking space.

Casa molto pulita a due passi dal mare bellissimo di torre lapillo , casa funzionale con ogni servizio , due bagni praticamente nuovi e una doccia esterna che serve moltissimo per non portare sabbia ovunque. giardino piccolo ma utile
