The flat is a first floor with stairs so it may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility. The house has an independent entrance with lock so you can leave baby carriages, bicycles and others at the entrance at street level. It also has a security door at the entrance to the floor. For later entries than usual or early departures or any problem or incident we are available as we live on the lower floor. No smokers or pets of any kind are allowed.
