Villa Terpsi - Klio Village

Villa Terpsis is an 110 m² house built mainly with stone and wood fully in harmony with the surrounding area, a part of Kleio village residential complex in the traditional village of Kyrianna on Rethymnon. It's 12 km from the center of Rethymno and 7 km from the stunning beach in Sfakaki, accommodates up to seven people and is perfect accommodation for families, couples as well as groups.

The house consist of three spacious bedrooms, two of them have a double bed and the other one have two singles. In the master bedroom there is also a full
equipped bathroom. Every room have a wardrobe, TV, air conditionin, internet and mountain, sea or pool views. The thoughtful decoration and
the excellent quality of the furniture guarantees a comfortable stay and the relaxation that you need during your vacation.
The large bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine, towels hairdryer and toiletries.

In the living space of the house you will find the spacious living room with it's comfortable sofas, fireplace and large flat screen TV, the
dining room to enjoy your meals as well as a fully equipped and modern kitchen with dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker, oven and
hobs, microwave, and everything you need for making and cooking serving your meals.

Our guest will have a full access to the house as it's designed just for them.

I will give to our guests a fully privacy on the house but i will be always available to help them on everything they'll need
In the center of Kyrianna village there are shops to buy food or other essentials as well as taverns with exquisite
traditional food if you choose to eat outside of the house. Do not miss the hiking in the village as it is
a representative example of the Cretan countryside and the Cretan hospitality. Do not forget to visit all the points
interest of the city that are within short distance, such as the historic Monastery of Arkadi, within 4.5 km, its archaeological museum of
Eleftherna, at 7 km, the Psiloritis Natural Park at 18 km and Rethymno with the atmospheric old town, the Venetian harbor, the Fortezza castle set
overlooking the city and the museums with remarkable exhibits.

In a short distance from the accommodation of about 50 meters is the bus stop, where the bus passes every 30 minutes to and from Rethymnon.

Dreamy place

We had such great holidays in this villa! We were 4 adults + 3 kids, we had room enough for everyone. The villa and the pool were perfectly clean, Giorgos and Mrs Klio were so helpful and available to answer all my questions anytime. This is gold. This is all you can wish for! The location is good, so quiet and peaceful. You will loose track of time! Thank you again Giorgos, everything was perfect, for the renting, cars renting + airport shuttle.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer perfekten Villa in traumhafter, etwas abgeschiedener Lage verbracht. Die Villa war mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt und hatte einen tollen Pool. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es gab eine Erstausstattung an Lebensmitteln, die nach der 1. Woche sogar noch aufgestockt wurde. Direkt nebenan gibt es eine schöne Taverne, in der man wirklich sehr preiswert und gut essen kann. Herzlichen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub, wenn es noch mal nach Kreta geht, auf jeden Fall wieder in diese Villa.

Absolut Empfehlenswert

Dieses Ferienhaus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Alles fast neu und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und freundlich, es wurde vom Vermieter eine "Erstausstattung" an Lebensmitteln bereitgestellt, Obst,Käse,Saft und Wasser, Olivenöl und Raki gehörten dazu, genauso wie Bonbons für die Kinder. Genauso gepflegt wie das Innere des Hauses war auch der Außenbereich, mit schönem Pool, Grill und ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Als wir an einem Tag für einige Stunden einen Stromausfall hatten, brachte uns die Vermieterin einen Korb mit Gebäck vorbei, scheinbar hatte sie dafür eine Bäckerei leergekauft, so reichhaltig war die Auswahl. In dem kleinen Dorf Kyriana sind zwei Mini-Märkte in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, direkt neben Klio ist eine sehr gute Taverne, in der man gut und preiswert speisen kann. Wir haben uns 14 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten uns ganz herzlich bedanken.

What a gorgeous villa!

This was an absolutely great experience! The villa is exactly as shown on the pictures, spotless clean, has everything you might need. Sitting by the pool with coffee in the morning or a drink in the afternoon is simply amazing! We dined every single day outside: either cooked on the grill or ordered food from the great taverna right next door (1m walk). The pool was serviced every other day. There are enough sun beds and umbrellas - the umbrellas are of great quality and twist and turn as you wish. A few words about check-in and communication. The responsiveness was great, I communicated with Giorgos. He not only answered questions about the property, but also about our travel plans, the various beaches, etc. He helped us arrange for surprise massages for my parents - everything on time! Klio, the owner, is simply amazing! She greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. She was very thoughtful all the way through - left a few things to eat in the fridge for us, including a delicious melon. Next days, Klio brought us eggs and tomatoes from her husband's farm - incredible. At the end of the stay, Klio gave us beautiful gifts to remember Crete. Location. The villa is located in a small village. You will need a car to get around, but this will allow you to explore Crete. The nearest beach is Sfakaki (10m drive), but I would suggest you go to the Geropotamos beach or any beach around Petres - they are 15 - 20m away by car but much much more beautiful! We also drove to Skinaria, Triopetra, Balos, and Falassarna - these are all further, but all so incredible! Simply out of this world! There are convenience stores nearby and a Lidl a 7m drive away - you can get anything you need there for your meals! We had such a great time! Thank you, Klio and team for making us feel like home!

Perfect holidays

The location of the house is great, we ve been at one hour from heraklion, one hour from chania, one hour from matala and 20 minutes from rethymnon. The house is clean, big, brand new. The pool and the view from the pool is wonderful, peaceful and quiet place, my kids loved it. Near the house there is a family taverna, very good, chip. The owner are so nice,they are reachable every day, easily. Everything was great, i recommand this place!
