La Casa di Paola is an independent villa with a large private garden located in a quiet residential area, at the end of a private road. The house has a garden where up to 2 cars can be parked. In the garden there is a large wooden pergola equipped with table and chairs for dining. The house is only 1.4 km from the sea and can also be easily reached by bicycle.
The house has on the ground floor a living room with sofas, a kitchen open onto a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a cot and a second bathroom with walk-in shower.
The house offers free Wi-Fi service. Bicycles are recommended for getting around Versilia and can be rented near the house.
