The cottage is located in the pleasant village of Levassaix, about 800 m from the center of Les Menuires (with its many shops, restaurants, bars, sports center, ice rink, etc.) and is surrounded by small authentic cottages in natural stone.

The duplex apartment of 120m², for 12 to 13 people, is on the ground floor and consists of two bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedroom with 4 single beds, a bathroom bedroom with a sofa bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
