About this property

The house holds one of the best locations in the harbor and accommodates a maximum of 3 adults or families with younger children. The house is very popular since it is the only rental object in the marina that has WC inside and comes with free WiFi for streaming.

In front of the house there is a furnished deck that is facing the marina and on the back there is a smaller deck that offers morning sun and a beautiful view of the archipelago. If you are interested in cooking you will find a well equipped kitchen with a large outdoor gas barbecue grill. For offseason guests there is no reason for freezing since the house is winterized with underfloor heating which allow you to stay during fall and winter to enjoy salmon fishing.

Showers and additional toilets are located in the service building just 30 m from the cottage. The building is very fresh and contains sections for men and women. Both sections are divided into small bathrooms where you will be able to lock the door to privacy.

Linens and towels must be brought by the guests. But if you are traveling by airplane with small luggage, I will try to arrange someone to get you linens for an additional cost. Please ask me when checking availability.

The marina is appreciated for its peacefulness which allows good time for reading a book or just relaxing on the decks. For the small children there is a popular playground and there is possible to fish from all piers and jetties (no license needed). 20 meters behind the cottage there is a platform suitable for swimming.

In nearby "Vita sannar" you will find a nice beach as well as a heated pool. You will also be able to rent bikes, canoes and tennis courts. Dalsland Canal boat trips can be booked in neighboring locations as "Upperud" and "Håverud". If you are interested in playing golf you will find the golf court just 1 km from the marina.

Klein aber gemütlich

Kleine schöne Wohnung in der wir (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) einige schöne Tage verleben konnten. Die Wohnung hat zwei Einzelbetten im Obergeschoss, die über eine Art Leiter erreicht werden können. unseren Kindern hat es dort sehr gefallen. Wir haben unten im „Küchen-Wohnbereich“ auf einem Sofa geschlafen, welches mit Hilfe des Küchentisches zu einem schmalen Doppelbett umgebaut werden konnte. Dazu bedurfte es allerdings etwas an Überlegung und Geschick dieses hinzubekommen. Die Beschreibung dazu könnte deutlich besser sein. Das WC ist extrem klein aber war für uns ausreichend. Wer keine allzu hohen Ansprüche hat, kann hier schöne Tage in der Hafenanlage verbringen.
