Our villa "Woodstock" is located in the up-scale neighborhood "Montgo", at the foot of the "Montgo" mountain, in Javea. It offers wonderful views on the mountain, and into the valley. This fully renovated villa, is equiped with all modern facilities. It has a modern interior and 3 bedrooms, for max 6 persons. There are 2 bathrooms and a 8 x 5 mtr pool. The surrounding gardens offer many seats to relax, 2 dining spots, and choise to enjoy the poolarea, or the lawn with pond on the other side.

Villa Woodstock stands on, and is surrounded by 1300 m2 lush gardens with many different corners and seats to relax and enjoy. The villa is built on gardenlevel, which gives a great scense of being connected with the surrounding nature. The spacious living area is pleasantly modern, comfortable and inviting. There is a big sofa and a seperate lounge-corner. There is wifi, a 42 inch Flatscreen tv and airconditioning. Wide opening glassdoors give access to the naya (covered terrace) and the beautiful gardens.
The diningroom is connected with an open kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer combi, an oven, a microwave, coffeemachine, stove, etc ... From there you can access the pool area and the gardens in the back of the villa.
There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating max 6 guests.
There is airconditioning and a spacious private parking.

Bedding / towel packages, will be provided at arrival;
Electricity charge is estimated on Euro 10 per day. We make a photo of the meter at arrival and departure. If the use exceeds this amount, we will charge it from your deposit before refunding. In this way we hope guests are more aware not leaving AC and pool / garden lights on, when not in use.
