Holiday home just minutes from the beautiful La Pelosa beach in Stintino. The simple and comfortable house has a double bedroom, a bunk bed, a complete bathroom and a living area with kitchen and living room. Outside, a relaxation area and a beautiful veranda with tables and chairs, surrounded by greenery and shaded by a wonderful wisteria.
The apartment is located in an area just outside the town of Stintino really calm and relaxing. Surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub and the sea but a few minutes from the town's services. Fantastic beaches and the wonderful Asinara National Park will be there near you!
A car is necessary if you want to take the opportunity to visit northern Sardinia.

Saubere, sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist für 2 bis 4 Personen perfekt. Sie ist sehr sauber und hat einen schönen, schattigen Ausenplatz zum Sitzen. Der Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls beeindruckend. Martina ist sehr hilfsbereit und überaus nett. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit Dort. Der Strand La Pelosa muss vorher gebucht werden, darauf hat uns jedoch Martina rechtzeitig hingewiesen, weshalb dies auch kein Problem war.

Appartamento tranquillo e comodo ad1 km dalla spiaggia "La Pelosa". Nessun problema di parcheggio e host Martina gentile e disponibile.

Rapport qualité-prix super.

Accueil agréable, logement conforme à la description, emplacement parfait. Terrasse sous la glycine très sympa. Seul hic : l'isolation phonique. On a vécu au rythme des voisins de part et d'autre. Merci à notre hôte.

Se si è in cerca di tranquillità e relax, questo posto è l’ideale!

Io e mio marito, abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura di Martina fino a Venerdì 23 Agosto. Siamo rimasti entusiasti dell'appartamento, pulito ed accogliente e provvisto di tutto quello che serve, anche di più delle nostre aspettative. Le spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili. La Spiaggia della Pelosa della Pelosetta e Capo Falcone le raggiungevamo a piedi. Immerso nel verde su una collinetta deliziosa e molto ventilato, mai sofferto il caldo. Martina una proprietaria precisa e professionale che ci ha seguito e informato sia prima del soggiorno che durante. Ringraiandola vivamente consiglio la sua struttura a 360 gradi.
