This 32 m², 3-star, one-bedroom apartment includes an entrance hall, a separate fitted kitchen, and a large separate living room with a flat-screen TV on a swing arm, a 140 x 190 cm bed. A bathroom (hydromassage shower). A 7.5-meter balcony with a small table and chairs. Electric shutters. Close to the town center and the sea (1 km), with buses and shops nearby.
