Rome, lovely apartment in Testaccio

This new, fully refurbished flat, perfect for a couple - can though, accommodate four max - is situated in the heart of Testaccio, a trendy quarter where still, during the day you can enjoy a very typical family atmosphere. Three generations living together, kids playing, parents chatting and grandparents enjoying the sun. In the evenings it livens up and you can choose among a wide range of food venues, typical trattorias, fusion restaurants, wine bars and pizzerias. Not far, are excellent clubbing establishments good music and lively bars.
Open food markets, supermarkets, bio shops as well as a wide range of small shops, pizza parlors and home made icecream kiosks, Italian street food "rotisserie", pastry shops and delicatessen are part of the lively atmosphere of this lovely quarter.
Tourist attractions are, literally within minutes walk. The "circus maximus" 10 mins, "the mouth of truth tool, the" colosseum "20 mins, the Tiber island 18 mins, 5 mins from the famous Porta Portese flee market, 5 mins to the" Piramide and the very interesting Acatholic cemetery ". The whole area is to be considered an open air museum.
The underground "metro B" station (Piramide) is 500 meters away, the Ostiense Railway station is just a little bit further. Bus stops are just outside the building and bring you to any part of Rome.
The apartment is on the third floor (no lift for the next few months) and is located on the quiet side of the building. You have a double bed room (queen size) with a large wardrobe; a living room with a sofa-bed (french bed), two armchairs facing an American style kitchen, fully equipped with induction cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer, nespresso machine, water boiler, toaster, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans (you are kindly request to clean the kitchen before leaving or a 30 € fees will be taken from your deposit.) A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and laundry machine (however on the corner street there is an automatic launderette).
The apartment is fully air-conditioning (cold and hot), and has his own heating system, wifi, tv, fully furnished with bed linen and bath towels and you have different pillows to choose among.
You can also enjoy the typical Roman terrace on the fourth floor where a reserved area with a small table and chairs is designed for your relaxation.
Sorry no pets and stricly no smoking.
Minimum stays 5 nights / 6 days.
The price includes heating / conditioning (even if we ask you to swith it off when outside), and final cleaning, additional cleaning on request with surcharge.
€ 150 cash deposit on arrival (it will be give back at check out if no damages found).
