About this property

Valle d'Aosta. In the immediate vicinity of the new thermal baths of San Vincent and the Casino. Our house decorated in "mountain" style is completely renovated (summer 2018) and newly furnished. The apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people. Double bedroom, living area with double sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom.

Our vacation home is at the complete disposal of our guests but at any time they can contact us in case of need.

Upon check in we require payment in cash of the tourist tax, which amounts to € 0.50 per person per night for over 13 years and the possible extra for pet entry.

The property reserves the right to deduct a portion of the security deposit paid, in the event of failure to comply with the house rules, which will be illustrated at check-in by one of our collaborators. On the other hand it is only a question of the common rules of good education and mutual respect.
