The apartment is located in the center of the beautiful marina of San Gregorio, in via cristoforo colombo, a stone's throw from Santa Maria di Leuca and 5 minutes from the Maldives of Salento. The accommodation is 200 meters from the bay of San Gregorio and 300 meters from the beach of Felloniche ...... The apartment has two floors; on the first floor: Living room with kitchen (equipped with all accessories: pots, plates, glasses, cutlery etc.) table, chairs and a double sofa bed. Bathroom with washing machine on the first floor. An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area, where there are two bedrooms with double and single beds according to needs, a bathroom with all accessories and a large masonry shower, all well finished. Large outdoor area with table, chairs and awning.

Private parking space, air conditioning, mosquito nets, TV, indoor and outdoor shower. A few steps away there is a grocery store, a bar-tobacconist, a newsagent and various restaurants.

Das Haus und Umgebung sind einfach bezaubernd

Wir wurden von sehr netten Besitzerin am späten Abend empfangen, die waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist riesig mit drei Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer, sauber und alles nötige war vorhanden. Zwei große Terrassen, eine mit Markise. Große Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. In der Nähe gibt es kleines Geschäft, wo man sich morgens Brötchen und verschiedene Wurst holen kann. 20 km entfernt gibt es Lidl. Strände : der eine Felsenstrand 200 Meter entfernt, sehr gut eingerichtet, aber lieber nur mit Aquaschuhen reingehen. Felonischen Strand mit feinem Sand, relativ nicht viel los, mit eigenem Schirm am besten. Wir haben 3 schöne, unvergesslichen Wochen im Haus verbracht. Die Besitzerin war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit für die Tipps. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch mal kommen!
