A welcoming and elegant residence, in an independent building in the center of the village a few steps from the marina for Montisola, furnished in a modern style, completely new, renovated in February 2017. Equipped with open space with equipped kitchen, table and chairs and bright and large living room, with French windows overlooking the ancient village of Sale Marasino.

Sleeping area: 1 double bedroom on the first floor, with bathroom and shower. Wooden staircase that connects to the upper floor where there are 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, one with a Teuco whirlpool tub and the other with a large 2-seater shower. Inside each bedroom you will find an oversized double bed, wardrobe for clothes. The 3 bathrooms are all equipped with free personal care products and hairdryer, slippers, towels

The Borgo di Sale Marasino and the main excursions
The apartment is located in the heart of the enchanting and sunny village of Sale Marasino, overlooking Lake Iseo, in front of Montisola a few steps from the pier. From the small port there are frequent boats for lake excursions and for visiting the lake villages of rare beauty.
There are many surrounding itineraries: from the Antica Strada Valeriana, to the pedestrian cycle path Vello-Toline, to the Filippo Benedetti hiking trail, the enchanting peat bogs of the Sebino, and the panoramic pyramids of the areas. Possibility of canyoning with an alpine guide.
A few km away, the Franciacorta wine area, with the famous sparkling wine cellars, full of monasteries and patrician villas, offers high-level food and wine itineraries.
The apartment is located in a strategic position to reach Orio Al Serio airport (40min), Verona (40min), Bergamo (40min), Lake Garda (30min)
