Spacious 60m2 apartment located on the beach of Riells. ESCALA BEACH 1 apartment is a 6th floor with elevator and is distributed in entrance, independent kitchen, dining-living room, a double room (1 double bed), separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. The dining room - being donated to a large terrace overlooking the sea. It has dishwasher, washing machine, television with national and international channels. There is the possibility of renting a parking space in the basement of the same building, according to availability. We have two more apartments in the same building (ref. Escala Beach 2 and Escala Beach 3).

Un excellent emplacement
immeuble face à la plage (pas de route à traverser) et appartement en excellent état, avec tout le confort dispo. Prévu pour 2 personnes uniquement. Magasins et restos à qq. pas.... et vue imprenable face à la mer (6éme etage)

Het appartement is groot en netjes. Wel wat verouderd. Dichterbij het strand kan niet. Super mooi uitzicht. Balkon deels in schaduw wat bij warmte wel heel fijn is.
