Empaltada is a truly luxury and stylish villa with private pool, combining a great privacy with classy details. The truly perfect holiday home for an unforgettable holiday on Mallorca. With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, superb privacy and attention to the detail, Villa Empaltada will not disappoint! Located in Selva, a delightfully pretty town below the high Tramuntana mountains, this top quality villa combines all the traditional elements of Mallorcan architecture with the most modern comforts.

Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors and is beautifully furnished as well as fully air-conditioned. The ground floor is occupied by a truly huge living room (opening straight to the outside) with fully equipped separate kitchen as well as useful WC. The 3 bedrooms are all located on the upper floor and are all en-suite. The master bedroom is also provided with its own walk-in wardrobe while the 2 remaining bedrooms are twin.

Outside the villa is surrounded by magnificent gardens with orchards, olive and almond trees. There is total privacy and a great sense of peace. The large private swimming pool measures 11m x 5m and is provided with comfortable sunbeds.Spending long hours enjoying the views will be a true delight!

Villa Empaltada

The location and the house itself Cleanliness and the functioning of the air conditioning (it didn't work properly). I would have also appreciated information about the location of the different things (it took us a while to find the keys for the washing machine, for example)

La casa espectacular

La casa muy chula. Estaba muy limpia cuando llegamos. Recoger las llaves en la puerta está muy bien. Faltó por dejarnos la silla de bebé y las sábanas de la cuna y nos las trajeron en cuanto las reclamamos. Tanto en la web como Toni por teléfono decían limpieza a mitad de semana y no se produjo. Solo vinieron a la semana a cambiar sábanas y toallas. Para una estancia de 15 noches solo dejaron 4 pastillas de lavaplatos y un mini tubo de fairy. No se repuso en ningún momento. Y no se produjeron las 4 limpiezas que nos dijeron.
