Large apartment of 75 square meters located on the fourth floor of an elegant period building with a lift (but not suitable for the disabled). Its strategic position is ideal for those traveling by train or plane.

★ LIVING ROOM: with relaxation area, fireplace (not usable) and dining area.

★ BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: TV, WIFI, fans, independent heating with boiler, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

Guest Access

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT THE LUGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND PICK THE KEYS FROM 11 AM, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE YOU FINISH THE CLEANING.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late check-out if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11am on the day of check-out, in case there are no other incoming guests. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.

Posizione comoda

La posizione è molto comoda perché vicina alla stazione, al centro e al servizio trasporti. Da migliorare la pulizia e la piccola manutenzione. Per il resto ci siamo trovati bene. Non adatto a chi ama il silenzio in quanto i mezzi passano sotto casa

Location is not everything

Great location and lovely greeting from the project manager (Vittoria). However we have come to expect better from HomeAway. The apartment was filthy with fat stains on the kitchen walls and a film of dust on everything.The kitchen light did not work and even though we were promised it would be fixed the day we arrived, five days later it had still not been fixed.Since there was no window in the kitchen it was nigh on impossible to cook. There were no drawers for clothes so we had to live out of suitcases. However there was a large four drawer shoe rack, great if we had brought two suitcases of shoes.Imelda Marcos would have been right at home! Finally you must have used a brilliant photographer as it was a really old apartment which the photographer had managed to make look very modern. A big disappointment overall I'm afraid. Wont let my wife pick next time.
