GAIA HOUSE holiday home

Gaia House is a comfortable little house recently renovated with a large porch and a small lawn located on the outskirts of Alliste on the road to go to the sea which is only 3.5 km away.
The house is situated in a quiet area and strategically close to the coast road that connects some of the most famous places like T. S. Giovanni at 8 km and Gallipoli at 14 km.
Also at about 100-150 m you have at your disposal: a supermarket, a greengrocer, a fish shop, a butcher's shop, a bakery, a hardware store, a service station with attached car wash and tire service.
The internal house is composed of:
 a small garage,
 a dining room complete with table, chairs and 2 sofas,
 a furnished room with a double bed,
 a room furnished with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed
  (in all we have 5 beds)
 a large bathroom complete with sink, toilet, bidet, and shower
  washing machine ,
a kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, electric oven, sink and all the necessary accessories for preparing the dishes.
The outdoor area, which will allow you to spend pleasant evenings in complete relaxation, consists of 35 square meters of porch and about 100 square meters of garden.
Under the arcade we have:
a table with 6 seats and relative chairs
a 3-seater rocking chair
two zero gravity deckchairs
a TV,
an outdoor bath with WC,
a wash-house
a shower .
The garden is divided into two:
one half has a natural lawn, the other half a synthetic lawn with a small above-ground pool.
Gaia house is well air conditioned, but for those who do not like air conditioners, we have equipped each bedroom with a ceiling fan and all windows with mosquito nets.
Salento is full of history and natural beauties to visit and to live.
Sea, natural parks, historic centers, traditional festivals, patron saints, concerts, nightclubs, you are spoiled for choice to spend your days which can also be transformed into simple and relaxing walks, perhaps with a sea view, on a corso or an old town dotted with small bars and quaint shops.
In short: there is something for everyone!
