Balconcino sul Mare is a semi-detached villa with a balcony overlooking the sea, in front of the Cala Ponte Marina yacht club in Polignano a Mare. The accommodation is about 1200 m (15 minutes walk) from the city-center of Polignano a Mare, 350 m from the nearby beach of “Ponte dei Lapilli” and 800 m from the one of “Porto Cavallo”. The villa has veranda, private parking, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Perfect for couples, it can accommodate up to 4 people.
The villa consists of a living room with dining table, double sofa bed and fridge, a kitchen with sink, electric oven, 4 gas burners, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea, with table and chairs . Outside there is a large veranda with table and chairs, deck chairs, a private car park (very suitable for those with a car) and a pergola with a barbecue area.

At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.

Good Apartment with a fabulous view

The apartment was a good size for two of us although the kitchen was very small. The sea view from the balcony of the marina was lovely and we loved having our morning cuppa watching the fishermen in their boats. Strangely the kitchen had no cutting knives or scissors. The shower also has black mould and dirt behind the shower door which wasn’t great. Would we stay again? Yes, but I think the apartment is a little tired in places and maybe needs a little money spent on it. We liked the situation of it but bear in mind it is a 10-15 minute walk into town (there are bikes available too). We couldn’t find the apartment on our GPS from the VRBO directions but Stefania was very helpful when I contacted her for further directions..

Lovely home overlooking the sea!

We had a lovely stay in Polignano at this perfect little home, which I'm sure would be even more enjoyable if it had been warmer. We didn't have nice weather, but the city and home are beautiful! The tour operator suggested and booked a wine tour at Giovanni Aeillo Winery, which was AMAZING! And we had a lovely tour in Alberobello by Fabio--totally recommend!!! Fabio was very well-spoken and full of information! Highly recommend!

Adorable place with good location
