Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον τρίτο όροφο πολυκατοικίας. Έχει ασανσέρ και δεν έχει άλλο διαμέρισμα από πάνω του. Περπατώντας 2 λεπτά έχει σούπερ μάρκετ φούρνο φαρμακείο σουβλάκι κρεπερι μικρό καφέ. Με 5-7 λεπτά βρίσκεσαι στον κεντρικό σταθμό λεωφορείων και ταξί στην παραλία Νέα Χώρα στην Κεντρική Αγορά των Χανίων στην Παλιά Ενετικη Πόλη. Σας παρέχουμε δωρεάν WiFi - πάρκινγκ - πληντυριο. Έχει ένα μικρό μπάνιο και ένα μεγάλο με ντους και μπανιέρα. Έχει δύο υπνοδωμάτια το ένα με ένα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι το άλλο με δύο μόνα που εάν θέλετε γίνονται ένα διπλό γίγας.
