Trendeal Barn, Ladock, Near Truro

Trendeal Barn is set at the edge of the small hamlet of Trendeal near Ladock, around eight miles from Truro.

Located within the heart of our Arrallas Estate, providing uninterrupted views over surrounding farmland and a wealth of local countryside and woodland trails to explore.

LIVING
A spacious open-plan sitting room and dining kitchen features a wood burner and comfortable contemporary furniture, along with a TV, Roberts Radio and board games.

EATING
The dining kitchen is well stocked with cookware and tableware, and contains an electric cooker with double oven and induction hob, an American-style larder fridge freezer, a dishwasher, washer and dryer.

SLEEPING
There are three bedrooms: a double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. All contain comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton bed linen.

BATHING
A well-equipped en-suite shower room has a shower, wash basin and WC, while a family bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, WC and wash basin. Both the shower room and bathroom have a heated towel rail and recessed lighting. Downstairs WC.

GARDEN
The house is reached by a private driveway leading from a country lane and has a large garden that is fenced to provide a secure and peaceful play area for young visitors. There are garden terraces to the front and side, and quality garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.

DOG FRIENDLY
Trendeal Barn is ideal for dogs and you are very welcome to bring up to two dogs on holiday at a cost of £35 per dog per week.
