Very nice appartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this appartment. Everything was as advertised. Some people mentioned the stairs in the reviews. Its really not a problem. They arent as big as some would have you believe. The only issue we had was that there are a large number of lighting fixtures that don't work. But that should be an easy fix. We would definately stay here again.

Another Great Stay In La Caleta.

We have been holidaying in La Caleta for the past 12 years and it is one of our favourite places. First time staying in this property and once we got the cases up stairs it was worth it and they didn’t have to come down until the end of our stay so no hardship. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the views were to die for. Top balcony overlooking the harbour was really well furnished and we spent a lot of time here. Unlike a previous review it did not bother us having to carry food up a floor to the main terrace as there was a small table and two chairs on the balcony which was on the same level as the kitchen so we just ate there or on the dining table. Noise on a night did not bother us even though La Caleta is a lot busier than when we first started to visit it tends to be quiet after 11 pm as no noisy bars or nightclubs. Will definitely book again for next year and if the standard is maintained every following year until the stairs become a problem which hopefully won’t be for a long time. At the moment we are a fit 63 and 65 year old. Rita who met us at the apartment was there on time and very helpful. Can’t wait to go back !!

Caleta Marina

We stayed in Caleta Marina mid of Oct 2019. Rita introduced apartment for us and took care some problems just after our arrival (new coffee machine and water kettle provided) Apartment was clean and had wonderful terraces in both side and those were well equipped. Views are amazing! Bed in main bedroom was very good and there was plenty of space. But, unfortunately there is no sound protection in main bedroom. Half of walls are glass and all noise outside came in. There is live music nearby (until 11pm) and even the voice of passing man / lady on the street interrupted us. If you want to stay wake until midnight this might not be a problem, but for us this was annoying. Last two nights we slept in another bedroom and that was better, even room and bed were smaller. Another thing was floor plan. If you want to do laundry you have to carry those one level up for drying. Same thing with breakfast / lunch / dinner / …., if you want to make those by yourself and enjoy your meal in terrace you have to carry those one level up from kitchen. Third topic are stairs. If you want to have your luggage near your bedroom, prepare carry it. There is no elevator so you have to carry luggage at least from ground level to kitchen / living room level or even one stairs more to bedroom level Those who want to have exercise during your holiday: La Caleta is prefect place for that! There is sea promenade from La Caleta to Los Cristianos and that’s nice place to have walk during sun raises
