Good transport links with Elizabeth line, Woolwich DLR and Overground station a 20 minute scenic walk along the river or a 10 minute bus ride. An easy and great way to commute into central London is by the Thames clipper at Woolwich pier which is 10 minutes away and the boats coming and going can be seen from the apartment.

London City Airport is 2 stops away on the Docklands Light Rail with shorthaul flights to Europe.

The space
There is complimentary coffee, tea, milk.

The "honesty fridge" is stocked with some basic items for your convenience which you can use such as bottled water, soft drinks, snacks. Like a hotel mini fridge but with frozen pizzas too. All I ask is a donation from the price guide to cover the cost of it into a tip jar so I can stock it again for the next guests. There is also a Tesco Express 5 minutes away.

An easy to use travel crib / childrens play pen is available and can be put up when required.

Superfast 5G “Portable” WiFi with unlimited data. It’s portable in that you’re welcome to take it and use it outside of the apartment as long as you're responsible for it. Great for travellers from abroad with no local data sim card and useful for business guests to use on the go but please take care of it.

Lovely flat with a great view

This is our second stay at this flat and we love staying here. The view is amazing and Phi, the host, is wonderful. It is about a 15 minute walk along the river to the Elizabeth like and that gets you into downtown London. The area is safe and woolich has some good coffee shops and restaurants. You can also catch the Uber boat into central London from woolich.

Great stay in Phi and Thong accomodation!

We really appreciated the accommodation, the facilities, the proximity to the Thames which gives a very special atmosphere. Obviously, the view is exceptional. The show changes color during the day and night, it's fabulous! But what we will remember above all is the welcome and attention that Phi gives to its tenants.He is very attentive and regularly checks that everything is okay. His idea of the Honesty Fridge is great! And his 5G/wifi box to take outside made our trips much easier. So I recommend it, 6 stars review!

Spectacular views

We (2 adults and one 10 year old) stayed at this property for 3 1/2 weeks and absolutely loved it. It is about a 15 minute waterfront walk to the Elizabeth line, where you can get into central London in about 45 mins via tube. It is also about a 15 minute waterfront walk to the Uber boat dock. The place itself is very nice with 2 nice bedrooms, comfy couch for 3 of us to watch the TV and a great kitchen/dining area. The host (Phi) was great, he even helped us out when we first arrived and the taxi drivers credit card machine was broken. He went above and beyond and is super friendly. Great host. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the daily walk to jade boulangerie for the best coffee and breakfast.

Excellent London Stay Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thamesmead. We were staying for a relatively long stay, just over 2 months, and the apartment was ideally located for public transport links into London. The owner was very flexible and understanding as our return flights were disrupted by Covid but he arranged for us to extend our stay. The apartment was very well provisioned with food, drink and cleaning items. Overall very good and we would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Excellent place for rest

A very good allocation for short letting to stay close with peaceful nature. This area has two nice parks with playgrounds, river bank with bicycle and walk paths. The property was fully equipped as per web site pictures, but the owner is very welcome with complements much more than expectation. Car parking is quite suitable with elevator. And separate Thanksgiving for landlord Phi, all the letting time he was in touch and helpful with all kind of questions.

Why they chose this property

I looked for properties for two years before coming across this apartment and the moment I looked out at the view, I knew it would be mine. I found it, lost it, but never gave up because I knew it would be mine to share.

What makes this property unique

An interesting fact that subject two British weather, the Sun will set within the field of view of the apartment windows. When I purchased this apartment, I had a choice of other units in the development but I had worked out the position of the sun set form this one 365 days a year based on the Winter and Summer Solstice. I knew I could see it every day on a clear day. This is why I chose this place to be my home and now it still is and can ve everyone's homeaway.
