Totally independent small apartment, in a quiet and private area, with a view of Mount Bulgheria and a partial view of the Gulf of Policastro. The apartment consists of a single room divided into a kitchenette, a sleeping area and a living area, a bathroom and a mezzanine equipped for sleeping. Present air conditioner and flat screen TV on the wall. Small outdoor area, equipped with table, chairs, parasol and bbcue.

Un vero gioiello affacciato sul Golfo di Policastro

Un vero gioiello affacciato sul Golfo di Policastro. La Barca è accogliente non solo per l’affascinante struttura che ricrea una barca, ma anche per la simpatia e l’ospitalità di Andrea e Giovanni. Tutto è bello alla Barca! Il monolocale, ampio e arioso, è arredato con gusto e sapienza, e permette di vivere diversi ambienti in uno solo: dal soppalco con l’oblò sul golfo, all’angolo cottura, al comodissimo letto con zanzariera. L’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, ma l’abbiamo utilizzata solo una volta perché l’ottima posizione permette di sfruttare l’ariosa terrazza per la colazione e la cena. È il posto ideale per chi vuole trascorrere delle giornate immerse nella natura, con la possibilità di raggiungere in pochi minuti il porto e il centro di Scario. Grazie ancora a Andrea e Giovanni per averci accolto con gioia e simpatia: da tornare!!!

Ottimo

Appartamentino arredato con gusto e molto funzionale ai margini del paese di Scario, con vista panoramica sul mare. Il paese si può raggiungere a piedi con una camminata di 15/20 minuti (si abbrevia passando dalla spiaggia, ritorno in leggera salita). Molto ben gestita la comunicazione con il proprietario e la sua collaboratrice, entrambi gentilissimi.
