About this property

Capanna is an independent cottage featuring a lovely open space living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming fireplace, sofas and stunning views over the valley and village of Radicondoli on the hill opposite.

The two bedrooms sleep up to 4 comfortably. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with 2 single beds and optionally we can add a baby bed.

The cottage is equipped with outdoor eating facilities and BBQ in the private garden.

The farm offers 3 apartments and 1 independent cottage, all restored with care and attention to detail.
A large garden offers an inviting swimming pool and magnificent views of the surrounding hills and the nearby hilltop village of Radicondoli.

Agriturismo Radicondoli is a quiet place to get new powers that allow relaxation at the panoramic swimming pool or take sightseeing day trips, experience Tuscan village life, walk in unspoilt, breathtaking scenery or explore the ancient spas scattered throughout the valley.

Pietro and his family are very warm, generous, positive and fun loving sardines who often organize great dinners with friends from neighboring farms, improvise play, sing and dance, as all guests are always invited.
The family likes all the guests to make themselves at home. You can participate in farming activities such as milking the sheep and making cheese, or enjoying a quiet and relaxing week at the pool.

Sehr idyllisch, ruhig und erholsam

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Bauernfamilie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus Capanna ist wunderbar, etwas abseits von den anderen Ferienwohnungen, durch sehr ruhig und ungestört, die Aussicht ist zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit grandios. Auch der Swimmingpool macht Freude. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Urlaub für Frühaufsteher mit schöner Aussicht aufs Tal

Schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf Radicondoli. Steile schmale steinige Zufahrt zur Ferienwohnung. Satelliten-Kabel-TV, Kaffeemaschine nicht vorhanden, nur eine Espressokanne. WiFi in Capanna nicht vorhanden, nur am Pool oder auf dem Weg neben dem Haupthaus eine sehr schlechte Internetverbindung. In Capanna ist morgens um sechs die Nachtruhe zu Ende, da neben dem Haus der Melkstall für die Schafe ist (o.k es ist ein Bauernhof). Pietro betreute uns sehr freundlich, konnte aber am fehlenden TV-Programm oder Internet auch nicht weiterhelfen.

Great holiday

Lovely pool. Amazing panoramic scenery. Very peaceful holiday retreat with only sheep bells tinkling away in the distance. Very clean, quite basic accommodation but we had everything we needed. Very friendly hosts.

Un séjour extrêmement agréable , idéal pour les familles ! Accueil extrêmement chaleureux !

Une vue imprenable sur la Toscane dans une propriété perdue dans la campagne. Les enfants ont adoré s'occuper des moutons et bien sûr profiter de la très belle piscine privée ! La maison est spacieuse et agréable. Idéalement située pour des visites à Florence, Sienne et tous les villages alentour. Après 10 jours passés ici nous recommandons fortement cette location. Merci encore à Pietro et à sa femme pour leur extrême gentillesse !

I could live here it is so amazing!

I loved this place! We rented the unit that faced the building where the sheep get milked, it was quiet, clean and just lovely! The sheep are adorable and only come twice a day. The pictures don't do the place justice, the rooms are large and clean and the beds are comfortable. It is close to many charming Tuscan towns, we had so many fun adventures! Some of our friends even walked to some of the nearby towns. Pietro and his wife are the most charming and helpful hosts! We arrived very late and got lost, Pietro not only met us in town to show us to the house but he waited while we had dinner and joined us for some fun conversation! I would come back again and again!!!! The views are stunning and the property is just enough off the beaten path to be the relaxing vacation you are looking for!
