Fantastic villa with private pool for 6 people located in "Cala Romántica". This villa is perfect for families with children, as you can enjoy a large lawn garden, a large pool, a barbecue and fruit trees. The villa has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa has air conditioning in each room.

The villa also has a spacious dining room, a lovely living room with a second loft living room. The kitchen is modern, with all appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee maker, kettle, etc.

In the garden you can enjoy the large covered terrace with dining table and seating area, the pool or hundreds of square meters of lawn. On the other side of the garden, you will find a barbecue so that this day is perfect by roasting some food with the family.

Ferienhaus in Cala Romantica

Bei der Ankunft waren wir überrascht: Auch wenn das Haus mit Pool ansprechend war, entsprach es nicht den Fotos des gebuchten Objektes im Internet. Die angegebene große Rasenfläche war nicht vorhanden! Im Haus roch es feucht und nach Schimmel, auch wenn keiner zu sehen war. Das Kunstleder der Stühle in Wohnzimmer war an jedem Stuhl kaputt, zwei Terassenstühle hatten gebrochene Holzleisten. Der Bezug des Sonnenbettes war zerrissen. Auch wenn sich bei der Innendekoration des Hauses viel Mühe gegeben wurde, entsprachen einige Dinge nicht der Beschreibung bzw.den Fotos. Warum wir nicht das tatsächlich gebuchte Haus (unserem Eindruck nach schräg gegenüber und damit NICHT an der Straße) bekommen haben, konnte uns nicht erklärt werden. Im Internet hätte man fairerweise den Zusatz "Beispielfotos" vermerken müssen.

Pas la bonne maison

Je déconseille ! Nous n’avons pas résidé dans la maison que nous avions loué et payé. En effet le propriétaire qui a donc plusieurs maisons nous a attribué une autre maison soi-disant identique dans la conception mais contrairement a celle payée, elle n’était pas rénovée. Un mobilier Vieillot, des TV mais sans télécommande, une fenêtre de salle de bain avec poignée cassée impossible à ouvrir … Le top un lave-vaisselle installé sur le lave-linge, donc si vous ne faites pas au moins 1,75 vous ne pouvez pas le remplir. Un bruit épouvantable dans la tuyauterie dès que nous utilisons les sanitaires Il était mentionné 3 chambres toutes équipées de climatiseur (faux 1 seule avait la clim), les autres un ventilateur rien à voir surtout quand il fait 30° le soir dans la maison Un grand jardin tout dépend ce que l’on appelle grand, une toute petite plate-bande devant la cuisine accessible par l’extérieur encombré de transats cassés et entassés les uns sur les autres Une piscine la seule chose correcte mais 3 transats seulement dans une maison pour 6 personnes En revanche sur la terrasse un grand canapé en rotin avec des coussins qui devaient être initialement blancs mais tellement tachés et sales que même mon chien n’aurait pu s’assoir dessus. En bref, une arnaque pour une maison qui coutait cher !
