Located in a strategic position to be able to visit the city in the best possible way, either on foot or by public transport, the hotel is just a few minutes walk from Torino Porta Nuova Station and close to the ZTL. The San Salvario district offers all the necessary services to make your stay comfortable.
The 55sqm apartment is located on the fourth and last floor with a lift, partly in the attic, of a building in the San Savario area a few steps from Torino Porta Nuova Station.
Well organized and equipped with a balcony, the apartment was organized as follows:

LIVING AREA: dining table, single bed and sofa bed, a fan and TV 24 ''.
BEDROOM: double bed, single bed, wardrobe, small desk and fan.
KITCHEN: 4-burner hob, fridge, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and moka.
BATHROOM: shower, bidet, WC and washing machine.
OTHER SERVICES: independent heating with boiler, unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, external clothesline.

It is absolutely forbidden to park cars or vehicles in the inner courtyard.
Under the boiler there is a switch for switching the boiler on and off, please do not touch.

The property is located in the central area just a few minutes walk from the Porta Nuova Station close to the ZTL area. The San Salvario district offers all the services and comforts necessary for your stay: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and bars.
Moving around the neighborhood, you can visit the characteristic Piazzetta Donatello, which also overlooks the church of the Sacred Heart of Mary. In a few minutes on foot you can reach the renowned Parco Valentino, where you can walk immersed in the greenery along the Po river, admiring the homonymous Castle and the Medieval Village.

The apartment is located near the ZTL area, if you travel by car pay close attention to access times and restrictions. It is possible to park on the street for a fee (always pay attention to prohibitions / accesses) or to some nearby garages:

- Garage San Salvario

Near the apartment it is possible to find the stops of the following urban lines: 4/6/7/9/15 / 16CD / 24/33/52/61/64/67/68/93 / / 101

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DEPOSIT THE LUGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND PICK THE KEYS FROM 11 AM, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE YOU FINISH THE CLEANING.
We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange a late check-out if possible. It will be possible to leave after 11am on the day of check-out, in case there are no other incoming guests. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.

Our keyholder will contact you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.
At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows:

- between 9.30pm and 11.00pm: € 25
- between 23. 00 and 24. 00: 30 euros
- over 24. 00: euro 40
All requests for late check-in are subject to the approval of the property
During check-in, payment of the tourist tax will be required in cash, based on the number of guests and nights spent.
