Beautiful independent villa with wonderful sea views in the area of Capo Vaticano, six kilometers from Tropea. The house is 500 meters from the beach and so it is walkable. there are many wonderful free beaches. Every evening great sunset over the sea. The home has been redecorated in 2019.
There are 3 bedrooms, one large living room with a kitchen and one room for multiple uses. There are 2 bathrooms. There is parking for two cars on the backside. Very relaxing, with a wonderful view, supermarket

Tramonti stupendi da casa normale

La posizione di questa immobile e davvero speciale con la vista su Stromboli (quando visibilità e buona) e gradevole brezza serale che spazia via caldo e zanzare. La casa (2 piani collegati da scala esterna) offre tutto il necessario senza eccedere nel lusso. Da segnalare che c’è poco campo per telefono, niente WiFi e niente TV, il che è una sfida interessante per chi viene con adolescenti…!
