About this property

Two-family house on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room. On the first floor three bedrooms, the second bathroom with bathtub. Ceiling fans in each room. Large outdoor area on the orchard. Internal parking space. Conditioner in the kitchen. The two-family house is on two levels. On the ground floor you can find a living room, a bathroom equipped with an air conditioner, bathroom and laundry room. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms with fans, and a second bathroom with a bath. The outside garden has an orchard. Moreover, in the courtyard is also present a parking slot. The house has been recently renovated and equipped with all types of comfort. It is located at 2,5km from the "Stagnone", and close by well-know kytesurf centers. At 8km there are the beach clubs of Marsala and Marausa. 40km from Segesta and 80km from Selinunte.
