Just 1 mile from the farm, you will find the traditional sea side town of Dawlish with a beautiful golden beach.

The Dawlish ‘Lawn and Brook’ are located in the heart of the town centre and is home to a range of birds as well as the famous black swans.

Dawlish Warren beach and nature reserve are approximately 2 miles away and boast lovely sand dunes and a perfect place for spotting wildlife.

There are plenty of cycle routes in and around Dawlish to explore. The Exe Estuary stretches 20 miles from Dawlish to Exmouth, with stunning scenery along the coast.

Dawlish also offers some beautiful walks for those who would like to explore on foot. The South West Coast Path links you to Dawlish Warren, Exmouth, Teignmouth and Torbay.

The South Devon railway is a multi-award-winning tourist attraction that runs along the coast from Exeter to Newton Abbot providing stunning views of the estuary and the sea.

Teignmouth is a beautiful coastal town with historic buildings, long sandy beaches and an array of restaurants and cafes offering fresh locally sourced food.

Teignmouth is the perfect place to explore with the family- with a Victorian pier, play park, Shaldon Zoo, crazy golf, outdoor swimming pool and skate park for the kids to have their own adventures.

Local water sports are on offer for you dare devils! Why not pop down to the beach and try out some kayaking, coasteering or paddle boarding.

Here is a little bit about us..
We are Rachel, Jake, Ruby & Molly, a young family who have set up our own Farming and Holiday Let business on our 122-acre farm in the lovely little village of Holcombe in South Devon.

Going back to where it all began, Jake and I met in Exeter on a night out with friends & have been pretty inseparable since, welcoming our beautiful daughter Ruby in 2015 and Molly in 2019.

We have had many exciting adventures over the years, but this has got be our biggest one yet. It has been our long-awaited dream to run our own farm and Holiday Let business and we can’t quite believe we are finally here!
We currently have Cows, a Bull and some baby calves! There are also Horses and goats here too. We are hoping to get sheep over the next couple months and are so excited to continue to develop our family farming business.
We have our awesome Collie's as well, so please feel free to bring your furry pals along too as we are very dog friendly :)
