Our first visit and we weren’t disappointed

* Cleanliness and upkeep of resort was impeccable * Communication with Duquesa (who we booked through) was proactive and responsive * Just a minor reassurance needed that the cause of droppings on the master bed and floor has been located and is being dealt with please. No instructions provided in English for any white goods -

Los Granados

We have stayed in several different apartments now and have liked them all. The grounds are beautiful and the pool well maintained and a great size. Duquesa estates are near for any issues and are very approachable and lovely people Not a lot really!

Everything was excellent-furniture in all rooms, equipment in the kitchen, quality of TV, view from balcony, tidiness of the garden etc. Providing a coffee maker for filtered coffee (cafetera)
