A quiet, calm duplex close to the town centre. No street view or noise. Enjoy the tranquility of the private courtyard. Recently renovated, the inside has all recent, modern furniture, fixtures & appliances. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and 8 minutes walk to the Roman amphitheatre. Very close to all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, bus routes). There is so much to visit in Nimes and it is all easily accessible from our townhouse. A good base to explore the wider region.

Nice stay

We rented this apartment for about three weeks in June. The location was perfect - 5 minute walk from the Arena and entrance to Old Town Nimes, just far away enough to avoid the noise (we were here during the annual summer music festival) and crowd, but super convenient for restaurants, bakeries, and shopping. It’s also only 5 minutes walk from the Friday Farmer’s Market! The patio was adorable and perfect for dinner at the evenings. Neighbors are all quiet and considerate. The only drawbacks were the lack of A/C and some mosquitoes downstairs at twilight, which we managed with the fan and burning bug repellent incense (available at the pharmacy nearby). We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for single travelers or a couple with no children.
