The house is located within the private village of S'Oru e Mari, consisting of around 30 independent houses.
The common services in the village are a large swimming pool with a shallow water area for children, deck chairs and a shower available. In the pool area there is a common barbecue corner. The pool area leads to the sea via a private pier.
The village has a tennis court and five-a-side football pitch, basketball court and bowls.

The bedrooms are 2, one double and the other with 2 single beds. On request it is possible to have a cot for children under 3 years.
Between the 2 rooms there is a bathroom with shower.
In the back there is another veranda with external shower, washing machine and drying rack. In the front veranda there is a small barbecue

Sehr schön, sehr sauber, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, wunderbar ruhig

Das Häuschen liegt in einer kleinen Anlage, mit privat auch von Italienern genutzten Objekten. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt und erklärt. Alles war sehr sauber, die Küche perfekt eingerichtet. Handtücher, Seife, Shampoo, alles vorhanden wie im Hotel. Liegen gibt es am Pool, der ist im Oktober schon ein wenig frisch, das Meer auch. Aber dafür im Oktober eine wunderbare Ruhe. (Manchmal bellen ein paar Hunde.) Der kleine Supermarkt ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und hat eine erstaunlich große Auswahl zu moderaten Preisen. Die Anlage ist gesichert und es gibt im Innenbereich einen Parkplatz für's Auto. Sehr empfehlenswert.
