About this property

This waterfront home in South Bethany has a private dock right in your backyard and the canal leads to the Little Assawoman Bay. The home is just a four minute walk to the beach! The best of both worlds in this updated home with new kitchen, large great room, tile floors, open sun-room and large back deck overlooking the canal. Open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with great room, kitchen, dining room, and sun-room all flowing together. Featuring bedroom and full bath on main level and three more bedrooms and a full bath on top level. Enjoy our outdoor shower, kayaks and barbecue grill during your stay.

During Summer months (Mid- May to Early Sept.) our home is rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday with check-in time at 3 PM and check out time at 10 AM. Instructions and code to the key box will be given prior to arrival.

Please bring your own bed sheets, towels and paper products.

Great location to the beach and bay

We spent the summer at this property and it’s location to the beach is a short walk. Brian is great with communicating throughout the process. The size of the home met our needs.

South Bethany Getaway

We had a terrific time at this well appointed, very clean, perfectly located property. Loved being on the bayside and enjoying seeing the sun on the water from the open living room or down by the dock. Plenty of furniture and seating inside and out! The kayaks were a huge plus--and we enjoyed them every day. Easy walk to the beach. First time staying on the bayside but not the last. Would love to stay at this property again--particularly for a longer stay!

Great family getaway.

Great house. Lots of room for three adult couples. Beautiful decor, well equipped kitchen. Outside space is wonderful. Walking distance to beach a huge plus. Beach chairs and umbrella greatly appreciated.

Perfect from start to finish

Best overall beach rental experience our family has had in over 40 years of summer beach rentals. That includes O.C, Fenwick, South Bethany and even Florida. This vacation home was absolutely perfect for our family. We felt completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. For me, It was really nice to finally experience what a clean vacation home is like. The location is perfect. The area is excellent and the neighbors were friendly (and quite). The back deck and dock for our boat was outstanding. In short, this is a great place, and we will be back for 2022 if possible.

Hello -

My wife and I live in a small town in central Pennsylvania called Lewisburg (home of Bucknell University). I own a small manufacturing company that makes hiking and backpacking equipment. My wife is the general manager of the Country Inn and Suites and Best Western, both located in Lewisburg. We love the outdoors and are very active running, hiking, kayaking and traveling both domestically and abroad.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property March, 30th 2017 and are excited to own our dream beach home. What we love the most about this home is the location and the relaxing and open atmosphere inside the home itself. The property is just far enough away from Rt 1 that you can't hear the traffic, but at the same time, is only a few minutes walk to the beach. Kayaking and boating are right out the back door in a natural preservation area with spectacular views. We like to get away from the crowds and the undeveloped beaches just South of Bethany are great for long strolls and going surf fishing.
