Dear tenant, we would like to point out that works will be carried out on the street from 1 April 2019 to 1 December 2019. This is completely out of our will. These are works that had to be performed years ago but are now suddenly on the schedule. We want to inform you about this. The contractor promises to cause as little inconvenience as possible. In principle, you will be able to reach the property by car at any time. We would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

Grundlegend tolle Wohnung in Strandnähe…

Grundlegend schönes Apartment in Strandnähe. Alle nötigen Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe. Allerdings einige Sterne Abzug da das Apartment vorher keine Endreinigung gesehen hat (die man eigentlich mit bezahlt). Wir durften nach langer Anreise und freundlichen und unkomplizierten Empfang und Check-In erstmal alles putzen - im Badezimmer fanden wir noch Haare und schmutzt vom Besuch davor, der Staub lag dicke auf den Möbel, vom Bett das sehr unangenehm dreckig war abgesehen (dies sind wir am Tag später erstmal waschen gegangen) und Geschirr und Besteck das wir erstmal durch die Maschine laufen lassen mussten um Es nutzen zu können. Ich könnte noch vieles weitere aufzählen das alles andere als reinlich war… Nach Kontakt zum Vermieter haben wir nur ernüchternd Antwort erhalten. Auch nach dem zweiten Kontakt hat man niemand vorbei geschickt der das Apartment reinigte. Nachdem wir nach 4 Nächten keinerlei Wohlfühlfaktor erreicht haben sind wir 3 Tage früher abgereist. Man wünschte uns gute Abreise, lies uns aber gleich merken das wir wohl keine Rückerstattung der zwei Nächte die wir früher gingen zu erwarten haben. Auch auf nochmaligem Anschreiben an den Vermieter ob wir mit Erstattung rechnen können, las man die Nachricht, meldete sich jedoch nicht mehr bei uns. Schade! Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Bredene! Aber dieses Apartment werden wir nicht mehr aussuchen!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung gut gefallen. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine Klimaanlage. Das Bett war bequem. Allerdings ist die Wohnung hellhörig so dass man manchmal morgens um halb 7 von den Nachbarn geweckt wurde. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 min am Strand und in 10 min an der Küstenbahnhaltestelle.
