About this property

Villa Eva consists of three bedrooms, one with semi-double bed, one with double bed and one with two single beds and two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is the fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table with seating for 6 persons and a living room with two sofas, a satellite TV and a fireplace. In the same floor there is a bedroom too -the one with the semi-double bed- and a wc. Dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer are included in the amenities of the Villa.
On the upper floor you will find the master bedroom with the double bed as well as the third bedroom with the two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast, gazing at the wonderful sea view.
The outdoor area is spacious and comfortable. There is a private pool 32m2 with a corner for children, with sun loungers where you can sit back and relax under the hot sun. Also there is a shaded dining area, under a pergola, with seating for 8 persons and a stone-built barbecue.
