The apartment is on the raised ground floor of a family house, where two other apartments are still rented, one for two people and one for up to 4 people. The house is ideal for two or three families who wish to spend the summer in the same house in separate apartments but use the property of the property together. The two apartments for 2 + 2 people have the main common entrance where everyone has a private entrance. The terrace on the ground floor with table and chairs, the garden, the outdoor shower and the enclosed private parking are for common use.
The apartment has a bedroom with access to a balcony where you will find a table and 4 chairs to spend the evenings outdoors or to have breakfast in the morning, admiring the light of the first rays of the sun.
The living area is not divided from the bedroom by a door, but only from one side of the wall.
