In the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, near the Port, the covered market, Fort Vauban and La Cible Beach with its sailing school, our pretty cottage combines comfort and modernity. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the TV lounge, the dining room and the terrace. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and a shower room with WC. Possibility to rent a parking space for an additional € 12 / day. Wi-Fi and cable.

Très décevant / annonce mensongère

Bonjour, Pour le prix de la nuit nous nous attendions à une location impeccable sans aucun point négatif. Nous avons noté les points suivants: - Dimensions des 3 lits incorrectes, ce ne sont pas des king size de 200x200 comme mentionné sur l’annonce mais des 140x190. Pour des personnes de grande taille ce genre de détail à toute son importance et nous avions déterminé ce lieux spécialement pour cela. - vaisselle et ustensiles manquants: Il manque des verres à eau pour un lieu prevu pour 6 personnes c’est un peu juste. 1 manche pour la poêle qui sert aussi pour la casserole, le Wok, c’est pas du tout pratique pour cuisiner! - manque d’entretien des locaux: La tringle de douche est rafistolée avec un pauvre bout de ferail. Le rideau de douche est un rideau pour des fenêtres. La porte d’entrée est voilée et impossible de la fermer de l’extérieur. Nous avons dû nous servir de la porte vitrée, ce qui n’est pas pratique. - pas d’indications claires pour les locataires: code wifi compliqué à trouver et à faire fonctionner, pas de mode d’emploi du magnifique piano de cuisine ni où jeter les ordures ménagères En résumé : un Rapport qualité prix médiocre. Pour 175€ la nuit on s’attendait à une location très soignée et respectant l’annonce.

Avis mitigé

Maison idéalement située, literie propre. Intérieur de la maison laisse à désirer assez sombre, très chargé de fleurs et décoration en tout genre, prises électriques qui sortent des emplacements, tuyau de gaz qui se promène sous le meuble de cuisine. Couverts à l'arrivée dans un état...sans commentaires. Certes il y a eu un petit geste (macarons offerts par la propriétaire), mais malgré tout propreté et réactivité laisse à désir.

Jolie petite maison idéalement située

Emplacement idéal dans Saint Martin tout près du marché, du port et des commerces. Propriétaire charmant, de bons conseils. Petites chambres mais literies récentes et soignées. Propreté des lieux très appréciée. Séjour très agréable, malgré la météo !
