Bright duplex apartment on a 3 rd floor with no elevator in a quiet street of a typical neighborhood close to subway station And fancy stores
Avenue is a fancy store avenue downtown so it is as central as possible very easy to discover Lisbon by foot
It is close to all kind of commerce for daily needs
If you need parking please let us know since we have a partnership with private garage 0,4 km away from the apartment. We will book a spot under your name according to availability, it will cost 15 euros / day that you pay straight to the parking
The apartment is fully equipped for a short or long stay in Lisbon
