Huisje veel achterstallig onderhoud. Sfeer van het huisje is super

Huisje moet echt een renovatie ondergaan op bijna alles Maar de locatie en de sfeer van het huisje zijn geweldig. Helaas geen airco of ventilator. Eigenaar is een zeer vriendelijke man. Winkels op 15 min lopen of paar minuten met auto.
