About this property

Entirely made of stone, the villa has a beautiful rustic style, in a large (1500m2) plot. It has its own swimming pool and internet/wifi and is situated on the 1st line of the seafront, with stunning views and a lovely green garden, with many small intimate corners. This “little castle” is decorated in an authentic way, giving it lots of character and charm.

Augenthalt Suuper!!! Villa bombe!!! Nur 1 sache, keine Klimaanlage aber sonst Top!!!! Würde es trotzdem wieder Reservieren !!

Bel environnement mal entretenu !

Nous avons passé dans l’ensemble un bon séjour dans une maison atypique, très bien placée mais qui nécessite un rajeunissement important de l’équipement. - Points positifs, la vue est superbe et la piscine est grande. - Points négatifs, la liste est plus longue. Le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer !!! Le sol est difficilement nettoyable étant du béton désactivé donc compréhensible mais la cuisine, les tiroirs, les meubles, les salles de bains, les poussières le sont beaucoup moins. Nous avons dû insister pour avoir un ménage 3 jours après notre arrivée ou une équipe de 5 personnes est venue simplement passer le balai… l’aspirateur ne fonctionnant pas, pour le reste, on a du faire nous même, dommage… Il manque du matériel, des détails, mais il est dommage que l’économe et les couverts soient rouillés, qu’il n’y ait pas de couvercle à la poubelle, que la fil à linge ne tienne que par miracle, beaucoup de détails qui font que le séjour est moins agréable. Pas de climatisation, on le savait mais prévoyez des boules quies, impossible de dormir sans ventilateur ! Pour le coup, la maison doit rester ouverte pour ventiler, pas top pour la sécurité durant le sommeil. Pour finir, la personne qui est venue faire la restituer des clés nous a dit bonjour, remis une facture de 24€ pour l’électricité car nous avions dépassé la limite (en utilisant seulement les frigos et ventilateurs) sans nous demander si nous avions passé un bon séjour, dommage aussi avec 350€ de frais d’hôte…

The Villa is perfectly located with front line beach access. It is unusual and original in design and would be a delight if renovated and updated. As it is, it is tired and barely acceptable for renting. There is no air conditioning. The furniture inside and out needs replacing as to the sliding doors to the pool area. Despite the size of the Villa it only has two toilets and the en-suite facilities (showers and sinks only) are dated and barely functional. The Villa is definitely not suitable for children, elderly or the infirm. The pool, whilst large, has poor access and the steps to the Villa are long and steep. The access to the sea is via rickety and steep steps with an unprotected and large drop to the side. The rope handrail is unsafe and needs attention. The handling agents were very poor. Pre-arrival communication was slow and the number we were given to call on arrival did not answer despite numerous calls until an hour after we had arrived outside the locked Villa. Totally unacceptable.
