This fabulous villa features lots of unique details that will make you choose it in a matter of seconds, among which the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea stand out. The holiday home can welcome seven people in its three bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed each, and one also has one double bed and one single bed. The main bedroom and another bedroom are also provided with warm/cool air-con. There is one bathroom with a shower and one with a shower in the outdoor area. The spacious dining-living room is equipped with a fireplace and modern decoration with rustic touches, and it shares space with the completely equipped open kitchen.

The outdoor will welcome countless moments of fun (thanks to the park children) and relaxation. This is provided by the outdoor dining area under the porch, hammocks and everything you will need to spend some holidays of pure quietness. On the outside, you will also find a huge barbecue area, complete with an oven and an outdoor kitchen. You can enjoy all of this while revelling in the magnificent views provided.

The house has a heated swimming pool that reaches a temperature of 25ºC, depending on the outdoor temperature. The heated swimming pool is available from 1 April to 31 October.

The holiday home can be accessed via paved road, which is 3 km far from the main road (2 km are paved, while the remaining 1 km is unpaved).

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser Villa. Die Betten waren bequem und die meisten Einrichtungen waren sehr gut. Besonders gut gefielen uns die Außenküche und der Grill und das Badezimmer in der Nähe des Pools war sehr praktisch. Auch die Aussicht ist sehr schön.

Schöne, geräumige Villa, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der beheizte Pool mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Der Wintergarten ist ein großes Plus, man kann Tag und Nacht die wunderschöne Aussicht genießen. Schöne Außenküche mit neuem Gasherd. Die Betten waren etwas zu schmal und für uns zu weich. Der Weg zur Villa ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, zu eng und nur teilweise asphaltiert. Was uns gestört hat, sind die bellenden Hunde der Nachbarhäuser, vor allem am Abend und bei Nacht. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir sind bereits zum 2. Mal in diese Finca gereist. Man hat vom Außenbereich aus einen herrlichen Blick auf Torrox Costa. Der Pool ist super sauber, beheizt und immer für eine Abkühlung gut. Ruhe und Erfolung sind dort garantiert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, auch wenn die Zufahrt zum Haus über einen abenteuerlichen Weg füht. Aber einmal oben angekommen genießt man die Aussicht.
