Specific need and purpose
Picked it due to the proximity to my father's apartment. My 92 year old father had an accident, spent 5 weeks in hospital and was de-conditioned. It worked well because the Condo had a bathroom for each bedroom while he stayed with me to rehab. Owner responsive to any concerns. Fit our unique needs to a 'T'. edse

Great Spot by the Rivet
Floor 17 in a high rise with great views over the Bow River. Pity the balcony only gets the sun for an hour a day. Steps away from the C Train which is free into the centre of town. The apartment was fine for our 6 week stay but does need some TLC and updating. Plus it has the ugliest a/c unit we have ever seen. We had one nasty moment when the kettle, which had no safety cut off literally blew up and was on fire. 🔥 The heating element inside blew out of the side. I had to pull the power cord out of the socket to put the small fire out with the power still on as it had not blown the main fuse! We tried to contact the agent but had no reply to emails or telephone calls. Later excuse given was Office was short staffed as admin lady was on holiday? The four stars are for the location and I believe the apartment is better suited to short stays. If you want long stay shop around local agents who are almost half the price.

My family and I visited Calgary for an extended period and we would highly recomend this rental. It was very close to the city centre and transit. The property had all the facilities we needed and more. The gym proved to benefical. The booking process was simple and straight forward. The manager of the property was friendly, clear and professional. This property made our stay comfortable with easy access to local amenities. No issues at all.
