About this property

This beautiful, partially renovated apartment is located in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, just in front of the small fishing pier and next to the Plaza de Charco (center of Puerto de la Cruz).

The property is on the seafront and has spectacular views towards the Atlantic Sea, by large windows of the living room and from the balcony of the property. A show that never tires your eyes.

The kitchen is open concept. Fully equipped with vitro, oven, etc. It was completely renovated in 2016 next to the bathroom.

The house is tastefully decorated, with a comfortable quality sofa (it is also a sofa bed if more than two tenants come or when two tenants come who want to sleep separately). The living room floor is parquet.

The property is located in the Bahía Building, on a 5th floor with elevator. The attic, above the property is the same owners and is currently out of use.

Bester Blick der Stadt

Es war das beste Appartement was wir je hatten. Sehr geräumig und traditionell eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon und aus den Fenstern ist atemberaubend. Die Lage ist direkt im Zentrum. Betten und Schlafcouch äußerst bequem . Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Großer Kühlschrank. Bad mit Fenster. Wir waren begeistert.

Wunschapartment mit einzigartigem Ausblick

Das Apartment in der 5. Etage mit traumhaftem direkten Blick vom Balkon auf Hafen und Meer lag so zentral, dass wir nahezu die ganze Stadt fußläufig erkunden konnten. Großer Parkplatz ebenso wie ein Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe. Eine phantastische Lage. Allerdings bringt die tolle Lage auch mit sich, dass dort in den vielen Gaststätten und Bars bis in den späten Abend unüberhörbare fröhliche Urlaubsstimmung herrscht. War für uns kein Problem, sollte man aber wissen. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Ein großes Dankeschön an dieser Stelle nochmals von uns. Im Apartment hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist sauber und ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man überhaupt benötigen könnte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses Apartment gerne weiter.

Schöner Aufenthalt sehr zentral auf Teneriffa

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Alles war sauber, die Betten und die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer schön fest, ein riesiger Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus. Es ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen, auch unsere Lieblingsbar Las Techas Verdes. Natürlich ist es, weil es sehr zentral gelegen ist auch etwas lauter, das wussten wir aber vorher, daher war es kein Problem für uns. Wir konnten jeden Morgen und jeden Abend, also vor und nach unseren Wanderausflügen, den Hafen und das bunte Treiben rundherum beobachten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Gerne wieder!
