The Space:
Parque Santiago II 255 - Two Bed is a charming duplex apartment with delightful pool views, located within the popular Playa de las Americas resort in Tenerife. This well-equipped apartment offers a comfortable stay, complete with WiFi internet access and an electric barbecue/griddle. The downstairs terrace is furnished with a patio table, chairs, 2 sun loungers, and a sun awning, ensuring a relaxing outdoor experience. For families with small children, a gate is provided to ensure a safe environment.

As you enter, the spacious and tastefully furnished lounge welcomes you with an L-shaped sofa, a side table with a lamp, a coffee table, and a large flat-screen TV offering a wide range of English and international satellite channels. A glass-doored cupboard provides a generous selection of glasses. Adjacent to the lounge, a separate dining area features a dining table with 4 chairs and a bookcase with a variety of books for guests to enjoy.

Just a couple of steps up, you'll find the modern kitchen equipped with an oven, a 4-ring ceramic hob, an extractor fan, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a sink, and a tall stainless steel fridge/freezer. Additionally, a downstairs cloakroom is available, complete with a hand wash basin and WC.

Stairs lead up to the bedrooms and the second bathroom. The master bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables with bedside lights, dressing table units with a mirror above, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a selection of English and international channels, fitted wardrobes, and a ceiling fan. Patio doors open to a private balcony overlooking the pool, furnished with a patio table, chairs, and a clothes airer. The family bathroom features a bath with an overhead shower, as well as a separate walk-in shower, wash hand basin, and WC.

The second bedroom comprises two single beds, bedside tables with bedside lights, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, a wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. Linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

Please note that the owner kindly requests a final cleaning fee of 90 euros (based on 4 people sharing) or 95 euros (based on 5 people sharing), payable in cash upon arrival, unless paid upfront. Additionally, there is an optional linen/towel change available for 8 euros per person. The apartment will be cleaned prior to guests' arrival, and if desired, an extra cleaning service can be arranged for 12 euros per hour.

The lead guest should be 25 years or older. Furthermore, the owner does not accept bookings from all-male or all-female groups.

Please be advised that the owner requires the full names of all guests, as well as the home address of the lead guest.

There maybe a small charge for using the sun loungers and sun umbrellas around the pool area.
