Villa Vistafar - Only 50 Mtr. to the Beach

Vistafar is modern house accommodating 8 guests. It is located in the upmarket enclave of Aucanada the property offers spectacular views over the Bay of Alcudia. Far is a stones throw from the sea and a small beach

The property was designed to impress and it certainly does this.

The ground floor hosts the swimming pool, solárium with sun loungers, al fresco dining area and access to the Mediterranean gardens. To the side of this terrace is the BBQ.

Internally the house continues to impress with a spacious, light and tastefully decor. There is a doublé height seating area and three bedrooms on the ground floor.

Bedroom one has a kingsized bed and en suite bathroom. iIt has access to the solarium and pool.

Bedrooms two and three both have twin beds and access to the solarium and pool.

These bedrooms are served by a shower room.

The sitting room is located on the first floor. It is spacious and comfortably furnished with sofas and easy chairs. There is a dining area and access to two balconies one to the front and the other to the rear.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped and opens to a balcony with dining suite.

There is a fourth bedroom on this floor furnished with kingsize bed.

A third bathroom completes the accommodation at this level.

Sitting above all of this is a huge furnished roof terrace with views as far as the eye can see. This is the place to watch the sunset.

Lovely villa with stunning views

We had a great week in Villa Vistafar. It is a spacious, well designed modern villa in a great location with amazing views. Paula from the villa management company was very helpful and both her and the owner responded quickly to fix the problem when we initially had no hot water in the villa. We would definitely come back again!

Bezaubernder Ausblick & Lage gleicht vieles aus

Das Haus ist tatsächlich schon etwas abgenutzt, es konnte zum Beispiel kein Bad verschlossenen werden da alle Türschließer defekt waren. Schlafzimmer konnten nicht richtig verdunkelt werden. Auch Mückenschutzgitter wären eine sinnvolle Investition. Überrascht wurden wir von einer vor Ort fälligen Kaution über 600€ von der Agentur… wenn es hier auf der Seite stand habe ich es überlesen… die Agentur war stets sehr gut erreichbar & hat auch gute Tipps für Unternehmungen vor Ort gehabt … Das Haus punktet vor allem bei der Lage mit wunderschönen Meerblick & Nähe zum Strand wobei es sich nicht um einen Sandstrand handelt aber zum abkühlen völlig ausreichend bei glasklarem Wasser. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt jedenfalls sehr genossen…

Ausgezeichnete Lage aber abgenutze und zu kleine Villa

Die Lage der Villa ist traumhaft. Die Kommunikation (in englisch) mit dem Vermieter bzw. deren Beauftragten war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und klappt wunderbar. Der Vermieter ist bemüht, Reparaturwünsche schnell umzusetzen. Die Villa ist für 8 Personen ausgeschrieben, wir haben diese zu 6 bewohnt. Das Essen auf dem Balkon und am Esstisch war nur in zwei Gruppen möglich, es fehlten schlicht die Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Grill wurde nicht benutzt, da er fernab der Terrasse steht und zu weit weg von der Küche. Der Pool ist schön, auf der Terrasse fehlen jedoch Sonnenschirme, die auch funktionstüchtig sind bzw. nicht bei einer kleinen Brise umfallen. Grundsätzlich ist die Villa für 8 Personen nicht ausgelegt - ideal ist das Reisen dorthin mit 4 Personen. Das Mobilar ist sehr veraltet und abgewohnt und technisch nicht mehr auf dem aktuellen Stand. Kurz: die Villa ist das Geld nicht mehr wert :(

Superb stay

The villa is just perfect. Well equipped and spacious. . We had a small issue one day and the owner came and fixed it within 20 mins. Highly recommend this property.

Herz, was willst du meer.......

Dieses Haus ist so mega. Wir (Familie) von jung bis alt haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren vom 12-23 Mai dort . Die ersten Tage war es noch etwas windig auf dem Balkon im ersten Stock aber mit Jacken gut auszuhalten.Das hat aber nach ein paar Tagen auch aufgehört. Der Blick vom Balkon und Dachterrasse ist einfach nur traumhaft. Aus dem Küchenfenster schaut man aufs Meer und die Boote. Da macht Kochen Spass. Die Betten sind gut. Viel Stauraum. Der Pool liegt in der Sonne und ist wie beheizt .Super. Im Garten ist ein wunderschöner Zitronenbaum .MERCADONA mit Auto 3 min. Lange Fischtheke!! CHECK IN alles war sehr einfach ,nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wollen wiederkommen und freuen uns jetzt schon. Danke! Liebe Grüsse Familie Reckwitz
