Nice villa, good location, hard to find but worth it due to fantastic views.
Although we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, the villa, excellent location and surroundings, there was room for improvement with this villa.
Arriving at 6am in Kalkan, the vendor who gave us another address which was 18 miles away from the property. After finally identifying the correct address we found the place at 9.30am but should of arrived at 4.30 am, this lost us valuable holiday time. On arrival lovely villa but pool was dirty at beginning and last 3 days of holiday the pool pump was not working so we could not enjoy the pool.
We also struggled to access the internet at various times. The villa was not exactly presented as in the photos with no love hearts on bed, no general information on how to use all kitchen appliances. Microwave was unclean. Kettle not usable because of large amounts of limescale swimming around in the water. Only 3 coat hangers in 2 wardrobes. Bulbs needed replacing and flickering sometimes. No toaster.
Both shower heads were broken but did get repaired after reporting to vendor but not immediately. No first aid kit or carbon monoxide alarm. The indoor jacuzzi bath was leaking water out of it rapidly, so we could not enjoy, due to it not filling up sufficiently. This was reported but never fixed. I do have photographs for proof if needed.
Although we enjoyed the rest of the villa we don't think we got complete value for money as what was advertised compared to what was reality.
