The complex is quiet and safe, offers a swimming pool and communal areas. Just 1 minute walk you will reach a fantastic beach. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, medical center, bus stops, fruit and meat shop. You will enjoy its wide range of restaurants without taking the car.

Wohnung in guter und zentraler Lage mit einem schönen Pool

Der Komplex Veracruz ist sauber und gepflegt, ein guter Hausmeister ist vorort tätig. Die Wohnung B7 ist prinzipiell sauber, die Einrichtung ist jedoch sehr abgewohnt und spartanisch. Die Front des Backofens ist verdreckt. Eigentlich müssten fast alle Möbel sowie die gesamte Küche ausgetauscht werden. Der Kühl-/Gefrierschrank wurde getauscht und ist neu. Die Fenster im kleinen Schlafzimmer schliessen nicht richtig. Die Betten sind ok, die Matratzen gut. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es an mehreren Tagen Baulärm aus der gegenüber liegenden Wohnung A9.

Ruhige und gepflegte Wohnanlage und nahe der Strandpromenade

Das Objekt war in gepflegtem Zustand und sehr ruhig. Alle gängigen Utensilien für Küche, Bad und Reinigung waren vorhanden. ++ Der schnelle Internetanschluss mit ca. 50 MBit ++ Der gepflegte Pool + Die große Terrasse, allerdings Sonnenabgewandt 0 Die Terrasseneinrichtung entspricht nicht ganz dem Inserat (stellt aber kein Problem dar) - Weniger Blick aufs Meer, da Appartment innrhalb der Wohnanlage - Kein Satelitenanschluß für Fernsehen
