The house is located in a private and closed urbanization, with a beautiful common area with pool and garden. It has closed parking for one car, from which you access to the floor of the house by elevator.

It is a magnificent duplex penthouse, where on the entrance floor to the house, we find the living room and kitchen area, it is open to the room. The whole room has great natural lighting, given its large windows. The living room, equipped with a cheslong sofa bed, as well as a television and a dining area with table and chairs, opens and gives access to a large terrace that is on the same level, with large space.

The terrace has a large table to eat and enjoy outside, with views of the mountains and pool area. From this terrace, you can access a magnificent solarium that is located at the top, where we have an area of sofas and table, as well as a barbecue and hammocks to relax and sunbathe, or spend magnificent evenings.

From the living room, we access the lower floor, where there are three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of them integrated into the main room.

The penthouse is located in a very quiet urbanization, with a beautiful common area, where you can enjoy a large swimming pool and lawn area, ideal for swimming and sunbathing.
